Justin Shay rejoined CBC/Ideal Realty Group as an Associate in 2007. As a CCIM Candidate with extensive experience in marketing and production, as well as an understanding of the brokerage process and the specifics of multifamily properties, Justin brings over 5 years of Multifamily Real Estate experience and a wide range of skills to our brokerage process. Additionally Justin will be joining Dean Sigmon and CBC/Ideal Realty Groups Disposition Receivership team in order to better service bank owned and distressed multifamily properties to include fractured or failed condominium projects.

From 2002 to 2006, Justin was Production Supervisor for Ideal Realty Group. During that time, he was directly involved in the marketing and sale of over 18,000 apartment units accounting for over $1.2 billion in sales volume. In early 2006 Justin left to join JBM Realty Advisors, based out of Florida, to assist in the opening of their Washington DC expansion office. As Transaction Manager, Justin was involved with marketing and deal specifics for both Florida and the DC Markets, including both traditional apartment sales as well fractured condominium reversion properties.

Justin earned an Associate degree in Specialized Technology Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2001. Justin holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of Maryland.
