Craig London joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Ideal Realty Group (CBC/IRG) in 2005. In his role, he specializes in the brokerage of multi-family properties in the greater Washington, DC MSA and mid-Atlantic region. Craig is involved in all aspects of multifamily brokerage and has extensive experience in the marketing and negotiation of conventional, affordable, and distressed assets. Craig has distinguished himself in managing complex transactions that have often enabled the sellers of multifamily assets a higher sales price than the current property income would justify utilizing traditional capitalization rates.

Craig has a successful track record in creating effective strategies that assist owners and lenders of condominium projects in maximizing their returns as they analyze reverting to rental or bulk disposition.  Craig leverages his detailed understanding of condominium regulations to assist the sellers of condominium projects in conveying the most flexible and strengthened control positions, often including Declarant’s Rights, to the investors of condominium reversions. 

Prior to joining CBC/Ideal Realty Group, Craig worked for 10 years as the CFO of a national professional services firm where he oversaw all of the company’s real estate transactions. 

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering as well as an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. Craig recently completed his CCIM designation.
