Allen
graduated from Old Dominion University (ODU) in 1976. Except
for the time he spent at ODU, he and his family have resided
in Montgomery County since 1971.

Allen Manesh established Ideal Realty
Group (IRG) in 1977. In 1996, Allen changed the direction
of the company to concentrate exclusively on multifamily
apartment sales. From 1996 to the present, he has
been involved in apartment/investment transactions
in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
He has participated in over 100 apartment transactions
totaling over 20,000 units with an aggregate value
exceeding $1.8 billion. Allen has been involved in
the sale of some of the largest high-rise and garden
apartment communities in the Washington/ Baltimore
region. He recognizes the importance of maintaining
a competitive advantage and works constantly to improve
the company and to provide better service to its clients.

timely, and informative articles and issues.
Assembled a team of 14 professionals to assist him in gathering
property data, sales and rent comps, market data (information
on job growth, current trends, etc.), and research issues
affecting the multifamily industry such as mold, affordable
housing, finance, etc.
