Originally established as Ideal Realty Group (“IRG”) in 1976 by Allen Manesh, over the next 30 years IRG grew to be a dominant force in the Washington, D.C. Market. With the goal of providing the highest level of service and support to our clients, IRG affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial in early 2006 in an effort to gain not only National but Global reach and formally became Coldwell Banker Commercial Ideal Realty Group (“CBC/IRG”).

Team Structure

Our unique team structure here at CBC/IRG gives us the ability to not only transact the traditional marketing and sale of a multifamily community, but the ability to provide a higher level of service to our clients through our teams wide array of industry relationships and backgrounds. From our in-house marketing department, this allows us to provide a high quality of marketing material in a short amount of time. To our Brokerage team, with experience ranging from sales and leasing to property and portfolio management as well as legal and financial underwriting, each team member is able to use his or her own talent and expertise in order to complete the transaction. Through this structure we have been able to produce astounding results where others have failed.
